Operating Instructions
Positioning of Equipment
Ensure adequate airflow to machinery: not less than 1 Metre from a wall. Provide shade if possible from direct sun in summer.
Three Phase Power Supply
Connect to 32amp, 415v power outlet and tighten locking ring. A 20 Amp outlet may not be suitable under extreme conditions.
Cleaning Coil
Hose down or air-clean the condenser bi-monthly to clean the fins. Failure to clean will reduce performance, increase power use and eventually lead to failure.
Monitor Operating Temperature
Regularly check digital readout we can fit a dial thermometer in a prominent position if required.
Hard Frozen Operation
- Load frozen product only.
- Do not load product at ambient temperature.
- Do not load product above red line limit.
- Switch to defrost before entering.
- If regular entry is required install a plastic strip curtain to contain internal temperature.
- At temp below minus 10˚C, unit will self regulate to maintain your set temperature.
Chiller Operation
- Product can be loaded at ambient temperature.
- Do not load product above red line limit.
- Switch to defrost before entering.
- If regular entry is required install a plastic strip curtain to contain internal temperature.
- At chiller temperatures: 2˚C to 8˚C; the equipment will run continuously.
- At required temperature, the unit is in Power Saver mode, with fans running intermittently.
Defrost Cycle
Can be set to 6, 9, 12, 24 hour intervals. (9 is usual). Defrost cycle is to clear ice on evaporator coil and will function automatically.
Alarm Codes
The equipment is self analysing. Many alarm codes can be re-set from over the phone instructions.
